Art for Wellbeing

Ignite your innate creativity and improve your wellbeing in our weekly evening class for adults. From journalling, painting meditative mandalas, book binding to observational drawing, we strive to ensure every week offers you a unique experience of the visual arts. 


Taught by professional artist and educator Michelle Hazell, all our

lessons are underpinned by the science of Positive Psychology and

each week begins with a cup of tea and a reading, poem, meditation 

or wellbeing exercises that can improve your wellbeing. 


No previous experience in the arts is necessary. This class is

suitable to anyone over 18 and classes run in half termly blocks from

our Kingston studio.
