If you register yourself or your child to attend any SketchBetter classes, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.

SketchBetter Ltd securely stores your data digitally on a password protected database only accessible by the SketchBetter CEO. In specific cases (incl. consent forms, student agreements and scholarship contracts) paper based data is kept in a locked filing cabinet in the CEO’s home office.
SketchBetter Ltd will keep your data for 2 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting your information from our database and safely shredding any paper-based data.
Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
